Orders ship within 1-2 business days, with tracking sent by email. Standard delivery is typically 1-5 business days depending on your distance from our Sacramento, CA warehouse.

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging, and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) is required before you ship anything back. A 20% restocking fee applies to non-defective returns, and return shipping is the customer's responsibility. Custom, special-order, and clearance items are final sale. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos for a prepaid return label.
